At Soul Alignment Studios, we believe healing happens when the body feels safe enough to soften.

Many people have done the talking.

They have read the books, gained the insight, learned the language, and still find themselves stuck in cycles of anxiety, overwhelm, hypervigilance, shutdown, grief, or emotional exhaustion.

Why

Because so much of what we carry lives beneath thought.

Stress, trauma, burnout, and protective survival patterns do not only live in the mind. They live in the body and nervous system. They show up as tension, bracing, fatigue, numbness, reactivity, disconnection, and the feeling that it is never fully safe to let go.

Our work is designed to support healing from the bottom up.

That means we focus on helping the nervous system regulate, helping the body reconnect to safety, and helping stored stress and emotional residue begin to release in ways that feel grounded, gentle, and sustainable.

It is about coming back to yourself.

Many approaches focus only on mindset, cognition, or behavior. Our somatic approach recognizes that healing also has to happen through the nervous system and the body.

Rather than asking people to think their way out of stress or trauma, we help create the conditions for the body to unwind protective patterns and learn safety again.

We are regulation-based, not performance-based.

There is no pressure to push, prove, perfect, or keep up here. The goal is not performance. The goal is presence, safety, and real support.

Jenn Gulbrand

Jenn Gulbrand is an author, speaker, transformational coach, and trauma-informed somatic practitioner whose work bridges nervous system science, emotional healing, and soul-level transformation.

Her work is rooted in the understanding that insight alone does not create lasting change. The body has to feel safe enough to release what it has been carrying.

Through somatic EMDR, nervous system regulation, breathwork, meditation, sound healing, energy work, and coaching, Jenn helps clients move beyond coping and into embodied healing that is grounded, compassionate, and real.
