Each offering is grounded in a somatic, trauma-informed approach that supports nervous system awareness, embodied presence, and the gentle release of stress the body may be carrying.

Whether you are brand new to this work or have been practicing for years, you are welcome here.

This is not where you come to push yourself.

Through guided breathwork, simple somatic practices, meditation, and a restorative sound healing experience, you’ll begin to release built-up stress and come back to yourself.

Breathe & Let Go

A space to release what you’ve been holding.

This guided breathwork experience is designed to help you gently move through stored stress, emotional tension, and mental overwhelm. You’ll be supported through intentional breathing patterns, followed by meditation and grounding practices to help integrate the experience.

Each class meets you where you are. Nothing is forced. Leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to yourself. 

No prior breathwork experience needed.

Happy Hour Flow

Unwind, recharge, and reconnect.

This is your invitation to transition out of the day and into a space of ease, movement, and lightness. Designed to help you shift out of “doing mode” and back into your body, this all-levels class blends creative yoga sequencing with functional movement, breathwork, and moments of stillness.

Expect a thoughtfully guided flow that meets you where you are. Options are always offered, so you can move in a way that feels supportive – whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or deepening an established practice.  You’ll explore strength, mobility, and balance without pressure, allowing your body to open and unwind in a way that feels accessible and natural.

Set to an energizing yet calming playlist, this class captures the spirit of “happy hour” in a more intentional way – a chance to release the day, reset your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself.

Somatic Slow Flow Yoga

Yoga as a Felt Experience

Somatic Slow Flow invites you to move with awareness, not urgency. Through slow transitions, longer holds, and gentle, guided cues, you’ll learn to feel into your body rather than move past it.
 

This practice supports nervous system regulation, increases body awareness, and helps release tension in a sustainable, grounded way.

Less about how it looks. More about how it feels.

Suitable for all levels, especially those seeking a slower, more mindful approach to movement.

This early morning class is designed to help you wake up the body gradually and move into your day with more ease and presence. Through a blend of slow-flow yoga, mindful stretching, and light functional movement, you’ll be guided to build strength, increase mobility, and open the body without feeling rushed or overwhelmed.

Breathwork and simple meditation are woven throughout to help center your focus, regulate your nervous system, and create a grounded foundation for the day ahead.

This is not about pushing or performing. It’s about meeting your body where it is and allowing it to gently come online. Options and modifications are always offered, making this class accessible whether you’re new to yoga or returning to your mat.

Balance and breathe

Balance & Breathe is a welcoming, all-levels class designed to help you come back to center both physically and mentally. Set in the middle of your day, this practice offers a chance to slow down, recalibrate, and reconnect with your body in a grounded, supportive way.

Through gentle movement, mindful transitions, and breath-centered guidance, you’ll explore balance, stability, and strength without force or urgency. The focus is not on perfecting poses, but on developing awareness, coordination, and a sense of internal steadiness.

Breathwork is woven throughout to help regulate the nervous system, quiet the mind, and support a more balanced, present state. Options and modifications are always offered, making this class accessible whether you’re new to yoga or deepening an existing practice.

You may leave feeling more centered, more supported in your body, and better able to move through the rest of your day with clarity and ease.

Restore and Receive

Slow Down. Soften. Prepare to Receive

Ease into your Sunday morning by giving your body the space it’s been asking for.

This gentle, restorative yoga class is designed to release tension, calm the nervous system, and prepare the body for deeper rest. Through supported poses and mindful, slow guidance, you’ll be invited to soften, settle, and reconnect with yourself at your own pace.

There is nothing to push or perform here. This is about listening… allowing… and creating space in both body and mind.

Many choose to stay for the 10:00 AM Sound Bath to continue the experience, but this class can also stand beautifully on its own.

You may leave feeling more grounded, open, and at ease.

Deep immersion sound bath & meditation

with Jenn Gulbrand 

Energy Clearing.Nervous System Reset

A deeply restorative 45-minute experience designed to help you fully unwind and reset.

This guided meditation and immersive sound bath uses crystal singing bowls and other sound healing instruments to support emotional release, energetic balance, and nervous system regulation.

As you rest, the sound waves move gently through the body, helping to quiet the mind, soften tension, and create space for integration and renewal.

No effort is required. Simply lie back… and receive. Leave feeling calmer, clearer, and deeply restored.

Community Tea + Connection

After the sound bath, you’re invited to stay for a few quiet moments of connection over tea. This is a soft, unstructured space to integrate, reflect, or simply be in gentle community — no sharing required, no expectations.

Come as you are… stay if it feels right… or move into your day when you’re ready.
