Classes
Our classes are designed to help you feel safer, steadier, and more connected in your body.
These are not performance-based classes.
They are regulation-based experiences.
Each offering is grounded in a somatic, trauma-informed approach that supports nervous system awareness, embodied presence, and the gentle release of stress the body may be carrying.
This is not where you come to push yourself.
This is where you come to reconnect with yourself.

Core & Power Fusion
with Karen Bain
Designed to build strength from the inside out
Strength meets flow in this energizing fusion class that combines the core-strengthening benefits of Pilates with the mobility, balance, and mindful movement of Yoga.
This full-body practice helps improve core stability, posture, flexibility, balance, and overall body awareness while supporting a healthy, resilient nervous system.
Through creative sequences, intentional movement, and breath-centered instruction, you’ll strengthen your abdominal muscles, back, hips, glutes, and entire body while developing greater connection to how your body feels—not just how it performs.
Breathe & Let Go
A space to release what you’ve been holding.
This guided breathwork experience is designed to help you gently move through stored stress, emotional tension, and mental overwhelm. You’ll be supported through intentional breathing patterns, followed by meditation and grounding practices to help integrate the experience.
Each class meets you where you are. Nothing is forced. Leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to yourself.
No prior breathwork experience needed.
Happy Hour Flow
with Karen Bain
Unwind, recharge, and reconnect.
This is your invitation to transition out of the day and into a space of ease, movement, and lightness. Designed to help you shift out of “doing mode” and back into your body, this all-levels class blends creative yoga sequencing with functional movement, breathwork, and moments of stillness.
Expect a thoughtfully guided flow that meets you where you are. Options are always offered, so you can move in a way that feels supportive – whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or deepening an established practice. You’ll explore strength, mobility, and balance without pressure, allowing your body to open and unwind in a way that feels accessible and natural.
Set to an energizing yet calming playlist, this class captures the spirit of “happy hour” in a more intentional way – a chance to release the day, reset your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself.
Come as you are. Shake off the day. Flow into your evening.
Meditate to Regulate
with Jenn Gulbrand
A Mindfulness, Breathwork & Nervous System Practice
Meditate to Regulate is a welcoming weekly practice designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, regulate your nervous system, and build practical tools for navigating stress and everyday life with greater calm and awareness.
Each class will blend guided meditation, mindfulness and gentle breathwork practices to help you develop a different relationship with your thoughts, emotions and physical sensations—learning to notice what’s happening within you without immediately becoming swept away by it.
You’ll explore simple, accessible techniques for working with your breath, quieting mental noise, settling the body, increasing present-moment awareness, and creating more space between what you experience and how you respond.
Just come as you are, breathe, notice, and practice returning to yourself.
No meditation or breathwork experience is necessary. There’s nothing to achieve, no need to “clear your mind,” and no right way to feel.
Friday Flow
with Karen Bain
Vinyasa Yoga with Karen Bain
Start your Friday with movement, breath, and flow.
Friday Flow is an energizing Vinyasa yoga practice that links breath with movement through creative, thoughtfully sequenced flows designed to build strength, improve flexibility and balance, and help you feel more connected to your body.
Karen will guide you through a practice that invites you to move with intention, challenge yourself when it feels right, and modify or slow down whenever your body asks.
Expect to build some heat, find your flow, and leave feeling stronger, more open, and ready for the weekend ahead. Some yoga experience is helpful, but you don’t need to be an advanced yogi—or particularly flexible—to join us.
Move. Breathe. Flow.
Rooted & Resilient

Whether you’re carrying groceries, lifting grandchildren, gardening, kayaking, hiking the dunes, or simply wanting to feel stronger and more confident in your body, this class helps you build the resilience to keep doing the things you love.
Build strength that supports the life you want to live. This isn’t about chasing the perfect body or pushing yourself to exhaustion.

Restore and Receive
with Karen Bain
Slow Down. Soften. Prepare to Receive
Ease into your Sunday morning by giving your body the space it’s been asking for.
This gentle, restorative yoga class is designed to release tension, calm the nervous system, and prepare the body for deeper rest. Through supported poses and mindful, slow guidance, you’ll be invited to soften, settle, and reconnect with yourself at your own pace.
There is nothing to push or perform here. This is about listening… allowing… and creating space in both body and mind.
Many choose to stay for the 10:00 AM Sound Bath to continue the experience, but this class can also stand beautifully on its own.
You may leave feeling more grounded, open, and at ease.
